You are so right! I feel the same way. If we have learned anything during this pandemic it is that family is what is most important. Im the kind of person who would give someone my last dollar if they needed it I learned that from my mom. Exceptionally written and uplifting. Six stars.

I think you're right, life is all about giving, never about receiving, and in a sense if we have something left over we'll have enough to be generous with others, beautifully and thoughtfully written, with an point of view I agree with, well done, great write with an articulate and well rhymed work, well dine, blessings, Roy

Commendable. It sounds like you have a good life, and you know the purpose of it. You seem to have solid values and have a real handle of it.
The poem itself is well crafted. I like the rhyming couplets.
I would only suggest another look at these two lines:
Most important is my family, everything I am,
comes from what they give to me, next to me they stand.
