I love how how even though the poem is short, it has beautiful, well chosen wording. The title of your poem is also genius. You did a really amazing job!

This is a lovely couplet to match your lovely illustration and follow your previous poem. What else can I say about two lines? This is very nicely done.

It's so interesting to see this collective book...and you're addition is a good one, prompting anticipation! good phonics in phrasing. I like the personification in line one. Well done.

Warmly, rd

This addition to the renga keeps the berries in view as the weather seems to be taking a turn from the intense to fair skies.

A very well-written couplet to follow after the initial 5-7-5 poem from Gypsy Rose that will become a great poem from different poets combined to complete the Renga.

This is a great continuation of the previous poem, June. Your image is a good choice with your precise word choice. Your two lines make a good statement about nature and how it continues despite any/all changes or difficulties--nothing will stop it from evolving. Thanks for sharing.
Respectfully, Jan

Hello June!
I loved your couplet as it speaks to the continuation and perseverance of life after tragedy. Hoping my contribution resonates as much as yours does.
Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for sharing your response to Gypsy Blue Rose's Renga. I admired the descriptions of the "berries" and the "birds" and the reinforcing artwork. Smiles- Joan
