A very clear and concise poem Iza. Impressed by how you juxtaposed how you were being trapped in a garden of darkened sorrows with being set free by the everlasting lights of God. Keep up the great work.

This is perfect -- it meets the challenge for the contest and I can feel your emotion. it almost has a beginning, middle and end. We know something has happened (valley of sorrows( and aren't sure where youre at right now, but you have the answer -- my Lord.

My problems with this are all of fotmat.
You could use larger font, without running over the line end, which would help those of us with tired, old eyes.. Similarly, the green background is a bit acidic, meaning that the contrast is blurred.
Finally, I don't understand why you judge LIGHT as more important than My Lord - I would have inversed the capitalization of these two.

Well done 15-syllable poem. You use a Biblical phrase of "valley of sorrows" which was sometimes referred to as "vale of tears" and also Psalm 23 has the "Valley of the shadow of death." In the darkest times, God's Light shines brightest.
