This is a very interesting story. It's obviously set during or just after the war but there's no mention of war at all. That's what makes it stand out I think. A coming of age story in a time when coming of age was fraught with danger. Thanks for sharing this and Have a really great day

This is a satisfyingly complex story. Certain threads are dropped part way through, leaving a tightly constructed piece, that moves at a good pace and fluidly.
