This is a very interesting poem. The interpretation I get for the words "death sweep" has something to do with new life growing from the previous death that proceeded it. An example would be the leaves that fall dead in the autumn then the new leaves on the tree grow once again in the Spring. Death and life are part of the cycle and "life goes on." Death is swept away by the rain. Rain is an integral part of the new life represented in "blooms" found in the second line. For me, this poem is about the cycle of life. Thank you for sharing your work.

Lookslike it talks about the cycle of life, although I personally have no clue what "endow death sweep" means or refers to.
Your author notes helped to clarify your 5-7-5, but still puzzled by that line refernced above.

"in hope, life goes on"

Great line and so true. For if we have no hope then what do we have? From out of the storm cloud comes the sun. :) Jaq x

So you have another one featuring rain, but this one is more direct. I'd wager that many farmers have this exact sentiment more than once per year. LOL Very nice.

What does "endow death sweep mean? Tha is a most nonsensical statement to me, and I can find no correlation between it and the rest of the work. By your lack of grammatical intent, it seems fairly evident that English is NOT your first language. I would suggest perhaps trying it in your native tongue, where it might make more sense.

Delighted to find this work. I like the thought of nature being God, or God being in nature. I will visit your portfolio as my time allows. :-)

ah, this at least makes some sense
yet i'm not sure about 'endow death sweep'!
or whether it says anything we don't
already know. there's nothing to prod
the brain.
