A very well told story. I like the idea of picking up the pieces and moving on, or rethinking of your strategy for the future, when something major happens.
Great descriptive imagery and visuals, I wish you luck in the booths - this should certainly make for a strong contender!

I so agree with you when you're talking about the virus. There is so much that we want to do but there are limits. Even though your father has left this earth, your mother will wait until you can return to see her. God Bless You!
