This is a very interesting read. Not familiar with this period of history, but your chapter has peaked my interest. It's well written with a good flow, and the dialogue sounds authentic. A good chapter, and thanks for sharing.

I love your story. Mythology is one of my common themes, whether Greek, Roman or Egyptian. I'm sure the book was fascinating and I'm sorry to have gotten in on the tail end.

Well written and engaging.

Take care and good luck with the book,
Rhonda

A worthy ending of this compelling pharaoh epos. It knits together all the loose ends and sees to the deserving burials of the main important characters. Good, there was, in the end, a male child born, to continue the dynasty with Amenhotep.
The most remarkable woman in this whole story was without a doubt Hatshepsut, and I have read the whole epos with pleasure.

Well done. The rights and customs of the ancient Egyptians are fascinating. It is also nice to see that not all shared them, and I like how humans will be humans in any age. In the end, kings, queens or commoners, we are all slaves of our human desires.

Well written.

Dear thorney, Here I am, privileged to have the opportunity to review your very last chapter. I was fortunate to see many years ago a mini-series on TV that presented the same information that you recite here about Senmut and Hatshepsut. But your addition here adds a whole new dimension to their story! And adds a personal touch to the TV story of her tomb. A story excellently done! Thank you.

    Hi there Suzanna

Thank you for your kind review and comments. I don't know if you seen my Author's notes, but I've only written the last eight chapters in the last couple of months. All the other chapters were written over ten years earlier. I just got the urge to finish the tale.
    Regards Pete.
