I think we're all finding some sort of escape during this lockdown period, and I sure enjoyed yours! Mine is to read books. If I don't have a book I have a problem lol! I fear that the world will never be as free as it was and we will be living in a very different world when this is over. Many will succumb to poverty and the threat of the virus will always be there unless there is a vaccine, we are living in trying times and your poem does have a glimmer of hope as you are surrounded by the freedom sea creatures here, love Dolly x

This is a fine free verse, Mermaids. I enjoy the free flow of the water and sea friends that seem to be relishing the deep, even though those of us on land are still required to keep separate.

This is current, yet serene and captured the paradox of freedom and subservience to an invisible enemy.
