Creatures of the deep swim in spirit all around me. I have this happen all of the time! Not manatees though .... Whales, dolphins and schools of fish. I find myself right in the middle of them.
Beautiful artwork. You probably created it yourself :). Lovely. Perfect blues in background scheme also.
Well done!

I enjoyed all the alternate realities explored in this poem - dreams, internet and the ocean. Retreats in the pandemic reality. Love the last line of the poem. I also like the way you broke up the thoughts and sentences - varying line lengths and places to pause. Well done!

I like this poem especial the following sentence: I patiently wait for
a return to a world free from an invisible enemy.
Hopefully with the vaccine available, we can defeat the invisible enemy and back to normal.

I see by all the accolades that others have enjoyed this as much as I. Very appropriate in the situation we are in at the moment. This flowed from start to finish. A very enjoyable read.

My favorite part was, "in my dreams
or on the internet,
manatees and dolphins
take me to warmth
from cold New England
waters ", because of the transition of the climate compared in this verse and how it made me feel!
The Lord led me to this verse after I read this,
Ephesians 6:12 King James Version (KJV)
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

This is a lovely peaceful free verse where you combine the covid world we live in with the thoughts of these beautiful creatures, and the happier times that you wait for. Lovely read.

I like warmth showing up in this poem. It is well written and easily to be related.. 'Cold New England waters' might be the area where the authors lives by. For many people live in different area still share the same feeling. A nice poem.

Your writing sounds like you are a person who loves the sea and its creatures. A well written poem and one I hope you are literally able to enjoy until this pandemic is over. Sea sounds are soothing and I wish you peace and safety. Good luck and great job.

A very good free form poem that rolls easily off the tongue. Very relatable to the current situation we all are in with the epidemic and what we do to find fulfillment in our daily life. Good length not to long not to short. Stayed on topic and had a good solid ending. The art work was spot on.
