This lovely poem is truly a breath of fresh air. Its message is simple but profoundly meaningful. Every day, people (me, for example) just obliviously pass up the chance to make a friend or to tell friends what they mean.

A very well-written poem and good advice. When we found a friend that us true and honest we must hold on to them for dear life, because true friends are surely hard to find.

It certainly sounds good to me. All of my old friends have passed and being a shut in I don't have the opportunity to make new friends. I have my children though and they mean the world to me. FanStory friends take up a bit of my day. May I say you brighten my day with your poems. Well done, Bill. Have a lovely week. Nancy:)
