I loved your poem and voted for it to wind this contest.

The word "gossamer" was a great touch. I liked bringing the Judy Garland song into it and then bringing it back around to the pandemic we are all experiencing.

The only suggestion I have is that I'd like to see some punctuation in the poem.

What a lovely poem for the Rainbow contest. Rich with visuals and great descriptive imagery.

I would change "dissolving" in the second line to "dissolve". It would make a more complete sentence. But that's just my impression, you can disregard it in its entirety.


"When a storm has passed
Raindrops dissolving into
Delicate gossamer curtain.."

This is a beautiful tribute to a rainbow and to mankind. I hope your prayer comes true for mankind certainly needs the pandemic to end. This poem is very well done and you met the contest prompt.
