It is always nice to hear of blessings in these tough times, so thank you for sharing. You do have several errors in your story. Examples: 1) "It happen" maybe you mean "As it happens." 2) employees' mannerisms (this would be correct) 3) accept Lexus as my first car. (this would be correct). There are others. Perhaps you have someone to help you with your English as you have the needed desire to write.
