This is a very nice nonet. I like the way it is displayed. I love the beach too. It's been too long since I've been there but I love everything about the experience except getting a bad burn.

This is a lovely nonet. I admire your rhyming of words and there is a smooth feel to your poetic form, like the smoothness of the sea. Reading your words makes me want to go to the beach. I also like the mention of flip flops. You have created a fun poem that paints the perfect picture of being at the beach. Your descriptive use of words adds to the strength of your theme.

A very well-written Nonet about the pleasures we can enjoy on the beach where water dance around your bare feet and ankles while walking on the beach.

This was lovely. Well done. Nice rhyme, too. Not sure where that beach is? Definitely not in Australia! Sand is a bit dark. Line not long enough for FS. Grrr. No spags.

Loved your rhyming nonet, Sal. Hope you are enjoying the soothing sounds of the ocean. I liked your creative rhymes of the "crops" and "flip-flops." And of course, love that rendition by Iz.

I share your delight in being at the beach; and long ago, my house was across the street from one. Your posting caused me to feel nostalgic and I appreciate that as I can remember so many good times. Thank you for sharing this lovely nonet, my dear poetic friend! Smiles, Janet

Hello Sally. Your nonet poem meets the style standard. I don't do beaches. I've never enjoyed the ocean that much. I go to the mountains. I would stay there if I could.
If you like IZ's music, listen to his version of "What A Wonderful World."

Thank you, dear Z. I'm so glad you enjoyed this. This particular song by Israel is a combination of 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' and 'What a Wonderful World.' I love them both so this rendition was perfect. Sending you my best today as always

This nonet tells us that you can be contemplative by the oceatn if you can ignore the sounds of the others on the beach and the squacks of sea birds.
Keep writing and stay healthy.

Where do you live Sally, near the coast or inland? We are within 30 minutes of the coast, my wife and little ones, are beach lovers, being fair, I've got to keep out of the sun, a beautifully written Nonet Sally, I'd forgotten about the nonets. Well done, I love this reminder of summer, bless you, Roy
