One of the most importants steps in recovery (no pun intended) is to become centered. Meditation helps with that. It is not simple; as you wrote, it takes rigorous effort. This excellently orchestrated acrostic would make a good poster.

Creative word choices for your acrostic poem, Darren! My favorites were the Victory and the Reintegrating. To recover from illness or addiction or any struggle, victory is key and the reintegration is the next step. Praising Jesus for winning that victory for us.
