Ouch! I don't think think you have much regard for men, much less husbands. But I do agree MOST dogs are faithful, loyal, and loving to their owners. MONORHYME does not appeal to me, but that's taste, not criticism.

I definitely think in some cases, a dog can be a much better companion than a human. I enjoyed reading your piece and I thought your writing flowed well.
