You made the natural cycle of the storm so beautiful, dear Ronni. Renewal never sounded so good. Your finest poetry so far, I think, and descriptions so rich, I could smell the rain.
Sending you my best today as always, and six stars to brighten your day.

A lonely rose, enticed to bloom by hope, the main ingredient to keep us all moving toward tomorrow. You caught my attention with your quote about heading for the bar-b-que. Faith the better choice. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Ric,
Thank you for your insightful comment on the rose narrative and
its intended inspiration. You aced it so perfectly in that one sentence!
The 'bar b que' quote referred to, was a bit flippant and
not as humorous as impulsively spun out. I agree with you,
'Faith' is much better choice and desired inspiration.
Thanks for your unique and especially appreciated reviews
of these particular poems in Portfolio. Wonderful surprise!
Best wishes, with gratitude always, Ronni

Such a lovely turning of the human heart's emotions reflecting in nature... if only we could experience the emotions with awe rather than the pain they sometimes bring! ;) ;) Thank you for sharing, my beautiful friend -- so much of the rain around here these days... and the sun seems to intensify the heaviness, ya know?... Hope this finds you well -- so far behind but I promise to answer your personal message later this evening, just trying to find a footing as I'm SOOOO far behind!
Take care til then -- miss you!! ;) Yvette

Hello dear Yvette,
So right you are in your real world comments and reflections dear,
agree with you 100%. Yet there is benefit to storms, nature's and
our own inner storms too, as we eventually come to reconcile.
All for a reason, a higher source has discretion over.
Doing fine, don't worry about being behind, just take it in
stride, and don't overwhelm yourself over any tardiness.
I am most often tardy too! Take care of you!!!!
Love, blessings always!!!!! Ronni

Rain means different things to people and some are relieved by it after a long drought and some are fed up with the repeated drizzle. Here you describe it as a frenzied cry from the heavens, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

zapped with an annoyed grin.... :) The presentation is beautiful too. Great job my friend.

I admired your abundant use of personification and focus on "Hope," "Love," and "Peace". Your title and artwork selection established the mood perfectly. Have a restful weekend- Joan

Yes, there are TWO thunder storms simultaneously raging. Like so many others, I'm wondering when they will subside, allowing the rainbow to appear! Only God knows . . . Your poem is lovely--well-written and vividly descriptive.

This is an excellent free verse with that classy feel of ambiguity and a touch of the cryptic. But the narrative is beyond my tiny brain. But I do admire the lovely Language, well done, Ronni, blessings, Roy

Hi dear Roy,
This was an experimental contrast between nature and human
nature effect during storms, and appreciate your gracious
comments and compliments despite a little vagueness. Your
thoughts and candid reflections are always appreciated!
Blessings, Ronni

Love and nature works well with this piece Ronnie.
This was well written and rich in Theme and Imagery.
It read well and flowed well with No Grammar Issues.
(But a need for tissues)
...
The Complete Synopsis:
The Adjective and Objective Contents were both Excellent and Exceptional while Descriptive Measures aligned Perfectly.
Thanks and have a Blessed weekend.
