This is a poignant account. I am sure many a reader will identify with the reminiscing. I like the special touch with the dialectal terms and concepts. It is a fine contrast of the coffee & cups allusion. Well written.

Good flow. Nice poem. Good presentation. It had some humor...old coots. It did follow most of the criteria it's not sweet or heartbreaking, but I like it just the same. Maybe it fits the most honest and realistic!
