on the words of this poem. I found this poem giving a message that

Hate just eats you up, and ruins your life. It's far better to try and change those feelings and move on to a better life. It's yourself you're hurting, not the one you hate, they might not even know it! Love makes your heart lighter. Hate is a terrible burden to bear and yet, so many are reluctant to relieve themselves of it. They not only hang onto it, but add on pain, sorrow and bitterness. Love would give us wings to rise above these horrible crimes against humanity. But, we must be humble to ask God for those wings.
