Bluebells are such a pretty flower. We had some when I was a kid and I remember early in the mornings you could see little drops of dew hanging off of them. Sometimes the dew would have slid down and made what looked like a spider web. I enjoyed your poem very much!

Linda, you have written a lovely poem. Bluebells happen to be one of my favorite flowers. Your poem has beautiful images. Bluebells reaching for
the sky and inhaling the sun. Beautiful writing.

There is nothing quite like a walk through the woods and come to a little dell that is crowded with pretty bluebells. Your lovely poem with the gorgeous imagery of them swaying in the breeze like gently waves, is just so incredible. I really enjoyed reading this, Linda, well done! :)) Sandra xx

This was a simplistic yet beautiful poem. You depict the movement and daily activities for the bluebells in a fascinating way. Your poem flowed very well also. A great read!

"down by the dells?" Just a thought. It is so pleasant to read a nature poem, soft and gentle in these days of man's inhumanity to man. Nature calms the soul, gives color to our days and we look in wonder at god's creations. A lovely, soft and uplifting poem.

Aussie, thank you for reading. I wrote this after being inspired by a painting done by an acquaintance of mine and hoped it might lend a bit of beauty in the midst of the many 'storms' we live in today. Keep safe and well. Linda

A really soothing poetry.... any poetry on nature is very calming in my point of view. Love the personification of the bluebells. I surely do relate to the chilly breeze and delight in the morning. Very well written. Thanks for Sharing.
