A good judge as to whether we are happy is knowing when we are unhappy and for the rest of the time we are happy and didn't really appreciate it. No one thing makes us happy, it is an accumulation of lots of things and it's when we look back on our life that we realise how lucky we were, the trick is to appreciate the moment when it is happening, here I think you did that, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

Thank you so much Dolly. I really appreciate the comments. Yesterday was the perfect day to write that poem. The temperature and humidity was perfect and nature was at its best. I felt very happy.
