Very beautiful Hibiscus painted garden with such descriptive words. Writer check the spelling on your last stanza. Each color you gave such etiquette description. I love this piece and it's syllables and rhythm met the requirements. and each stanza edified the title. Great job.

I thoroughly enjoyed your "Hibiscus Suite" partly because the flower is so startlingly beautiful and yet we have none in our neighborhood. (I think line two of your third stanza has only 6 syllables.) Thanks to your including such a variety in your 5-7-5's, I am no longer deprived! Cheers- Joa

This is a great 575 suite, Alicia. I enjoyed reading it. I like that you gave each color its own verse and explained it, too. Your art choice pairs perfectly with your words. Each verse could be a stand alone. But together they make a great poem.

I believe this line:
Mined and mixed with rosehips; has only 6 syllables, not seven
