I enjoyed your little poem and its sweetness. Very simple with the repetition of lines one and three, but finding words to rhyme with love it a bit of a challenge.

This 1-6-1, Our Love, has the proper formatting and states that the origin of this romance is God. So the destination for the couple is a Heaven together.
