Oh my! There is a lot going on here. Definitely combined the two styles which really is way beyond what I could do. And yet the thoughts and feelings still come across. I enjoyed it and the sentiments are sad but true. I think you expect treachery from strangers but it's a double blow when it comes from someone within your circle. Great job!

Oh my! There is a lot going on here. Definitely combined the two styles which really is way beyond what I could do. And yet the thoughts and feelings still come across. So true, Lance, there is too much treachery around these days, and most stinging when the betrayal comes from someone you had considered a friend and for dubious reasons if any at all.
My only recommendation is to remove the double letters at the front of each line and perhaps centre it all.
