Thanks again, my new friend. xx

I guessed right! I thought I would be for iguana. They're interesting little creatures. I wish people would leave them in the wild, tho. They make cute pets when they're little, but they grow too big to be kept by most people.

I totally agree with you, Cindy. I hate to see animals taken out of their natural environment just for the pleasure of man. Thank you, my friend, for another lovely review. I have J all ready to post later tomorrow, I wonder if you will guess that one. I have to tell you, my research of J was quite mind blowing! lol. Thanks again, my friend, I'm sorry the reward had finished. Big hugs! :)) Sandra xx

I think this is an excellent chapter in what is no doubt and excellent book.
I like that you open with a verse and then give us descriptions and pictures. This should be of interest to any child.
Well done.

As always, I'm just overwhelmed with you alphabet stories. And I am learning so much about all these animals of which you write. And how much more special it all is that your husband can illustrate these for you.

What a nice thing to say, thank you so much, Susan. It's lovely that you are still coming along with me through the alphabet animals book and doubly delighted you are enjoying it. Stay well, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

As always, I am left marvelling at the amount of interesting information you have given us after your short but beautifully rhymed poem. I would imagine youngsters like Eric would find this kind of data fascinating - I certainly do! I should get my laptop table back tomorrow (I've spent the last week sanding and painting it!) so I should be on line more often to catch up.

Another great entry into your alphabetical animals! I love iguanas. I have met a good few and they've all been so interesting.
When you have finished your alphabet series, you should take Eric to the zoo and bring along a copy! It would be awesome.

An amazing write on iguanas. I petted one one time when I was in the city. A young fellow carried one with him. Some of us stood by and talked with him about the scaly thing. I was quite impressed. Your work reminded me of that time.

I've only seen the green lizard type, but I'd like to see some of those I've shown here. I'm so pleased this brought back a lovely memory for you. Thanks, Drew, for another wonderful review. Have a wonderful day! :)) Sandra xxx

Sandra: great photos and awareness of the Iguanas. I noticed you
mentioned a motion eye of their head. It's cool how the tail can grow
back. I hope you have so much fun with the children as you read
this to them. Hug those children. flylikeaneagle

Hello Sandra,
Anther excellent chapter for your book,
though you can keep one as a pet and send a puppy or a cat.
I don't want a third eye, it's hard enough to get good glasses for two eyes.
Lots of fun filled fact, if the pictures don't scare the kids.
The Galápagos islands are home to a lot of strange creatures.
Well done.
Best wishes to you, my friend.
Robert

Thank you so much for the lovely six stars, Robert, and another of your fun, delightful reviews. I wouldn't mind the third eye when pigeons are flying above me, I could duck out the way then! I must take a look the Galapagos islands and see what other strange creatures live there. Have a wonderful day, my friend, I hope the sun is shining on you as it is here in the UK. :)) Sandra xx
