Once more, the story reminds me of The Lord Of The Rings and the Middle Earth. I don't recall fire swimmers, but there could have been. Interesting creatures! What I liked most in this episode was the parting with the diamond "I thought it would make you happy". That is such a lovely, innocent thought!

Thank you very much for reviewing. No fire-swimmers in LOTR as far as I can recall, but I haven't picked up those books in about ten years. I'm glad the diamond came across as gentle as it was meant to be, as far as Tali's character goes.
