Best one of the bunch. I had a feeling this was who I thought it was. I was right. Lol. Fantastic job of tackling this challenge, author. You got my vote. Hopefully the tables will turn and end up victorious. (For the whole whopping 12 bucks.) Funny piece. Best of luck.

Thanks for the boost of a 6 rating. I'm perplexed with the voting - as the challenge was to employ phonemes in a story and mine is stuffed full of them. It also perplexes me in contests why some voting lasts for days (as in this case yet there are only 3 entries to read), while others with multiple entries only have a day to vote.

It's just the way the person created the contest. You can make it for one or three days.

This is a cute poem using many animals. Their conversations sound real and believable, and the monkey ended the phonemes perfectly! Good luck in the contest.

This is hilarious! I never knew animals got bored at the Zoo. There are obvious hints to each animal's features or characteristics as the poem ends. The giraffe is my favorite.

Oh I absolutely loved this. So fun. So imaginative. Great wording. Hell! You could elongate this just a tiny bit and make it a short book for children. Fantastic job!

Thanks for your terrific review! I have written an extended version of this story but edited a lot out to fit the 130 max word count for the contest.

This is a very cute story and I enjoyed you play on words. The animal characters were funny and clever. I like how they each had their own voice. Well penned work. -January L.

What fun these phenomenal phonemes are. A rare zoological delight. Doctor Doolittle would be in his element in a place like this, but I pity the poor zookeeper. I hope he hasn't caught the Coronavirus.
