The appeal in this poem lies in its universality. One is almost tempted to respond with, "Join the club." That's not a negative. In fact, it makes the poem more accessible. I would suggest that you make a decision as to whether to use 'somebody' or 'someone.' I think what you're trying to say is that you want someone who thinks you're a somebody.

a very positive and forthright longing which is well written
the thoughts of the special desires are so preciously valued by all who seek real love and not just the romance of the moment
the capitisation of the two characters is especially strong as in them being equal in their to the devoton of the relationship

This type of love does exist; perhaps not in every single specification you have mentioned, but very close to it. I have something very close to what you're describing, in my marriage to my husband. We had been friends for a long time in church, and he loved me long before I loved him, but I eventually came around. By that time we had built up so much closeness, such great communication, trust, and respect... the love and romance just fell into place. God was at the center of our relationship. There has always been kindness. Now I love him more than I could ever imagine loving anyone.
