There are two dogs in this novel, a Rottweiler named Edger, and a Dachshund named Arlo. LOL They just weren't in this post. Thank you for the kind review.

Wow! A very dramatic and thinking chapter. Getting all our minds going. I hope someone will look after Mac while Logan goes to the funeral etc. No spags. I have not heard the following for years..."You practically undress them with your eyes." I was accused of this by one of the office girls when I worked in the stationery store in the 70's.

Wow! A very dramatic and thinking chapter. Getting all our minds going. I hope someone will look after Mac while Logan goes to the funeral etc. No spags. I could have sworn I reviewed this already, and I don't know what happened. Lots of developments in this. At last they have the autopsy report. They reveal that Megan wasn't pregnant or on drugs. Suspicion still falls on Sidney. Megan's body can now be released for burial. Megan tells Logan she won't go to the funeral home with him, that it should be a time for the family. When Mac asks what could possibly go wrong if she is by herself, that means something surely will go wrong. Things are really heating up now, and at last it looks like progress is being made. judi

I can promise she will. Why they are after McKenzie is starting to come out. Ivan Smart is part of the key.

This is an interesting chapter. I sound like they are getting closer to finding out who killed Logan's sister. There is also the mystery of who and why someone wants to kill McKinzie. The fact she is having Logan go to be with his family without her could mean something may happen when she is alone. Nicely written.
