An interesting poem, especially after I read your notes. Not a poet by trade, but your meaning was very clear. Nor am I deeply religious, but I agree with it all. Had to reread the last two lines a couple of times before I fully understood what you were saying. Not your fault. Me--just old. Well written. Thanks for sharing and for the great review. Stay well.

I like your unusual, unique style of writing. I was taught a long time that God sees and hears everything, also that Jesus cries with us or just cries when we're sad. What a beautiful thought that Jesus feels emotions like that for us.
