Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level

What I liked about this chapter is that you dug into all these really hard issues, like forgiving someone for molesting you, like asking God to forgive them. You stuck really close to a biblical theme here, and it paid off. And you did it in dialogue, which made the whole chapter come alive. This is what it's all about; putting your sins on the cross, leaving your pain on the cross, and getting those gems in place of the ashes in your life. But it is a hard path. Not many can do things like this, especially today. And I liked that little story at the end about how Lew got into this phase of his life through reading the newspaper brought miraculously by the angel. His exceptence of his illness and impending death is a little hard to believe though. It is where we should be in our faith, but this is a struggle and I think you could bring more that struggle into Lew's outlook. estory

Hello, my friend. Yes, his illness is coming back. I wanted everyone to be happy for a moment before the symptoms returned with a vengeance. Many thanks for your kind words and for those shiny six stars. They are deeply appreciated!

Have a great day, and God bless.

This is nicely written and interesting. Lewis is using his unusual gift for good but it seems if the tumors continue to go the gift witll eventually kill him. He seems Okay with that. God is using him.

Mike, great chapter! I was just wondering the other day about the story about Lew. Glad you had a new chapter for us to read. So he has 2 brain tumors? Wow, having one is bad enough! I had one and had it taken out in April of 2016. Thankfully, it was benign. Love that you are sharing Christ through your writing! God bless you my friend! katy

There's nothing like the gift of prophecy to help in everyday ministry, works of faith are spontaneous and should be natural love, grace and works are the response to faith, how useful for the faith to heal, we must practice them. Beautifully written Mike, an excellent chapter. I worked a little amongst the homeless, well done, blessings, Roy

Wow, I missed reading chapters from this book, thank you for choosing a big format, it's a pleasure to read. What I am taking from this chapter is "Well, I believe Satan tried to destroy me with those tumors, but God took them and gave me the power to help people." The power to use your gift for talking to people about God and for repenting or forgiving themselves and other about the injustice suffered.
Thank you for sharing and good luck with the next chapter.

The story is good. I got confused when Kilborn relates the story of his mother being shot. It seemed too abrupt. Maybe have him saying something like, "I had something terrace that happened to me and I just can't let it go."

I do love your stories about Lew and what he does to help his fellow man. What a wonderful loving person he is. How many genuine people like this are really walking around out there? God can give you peace of mind. All we have to do is ask in the name of Jesus. It will be done. Well done, Mike. Nancy:)

Mike, you are giving us quite a few lessons in this chapter. For whatever sins we have committed in the past, do not despair with remorse, and do not give up. Turn to the Lord with faith and trust in Him. Open up to Him, repent your errand ways and you will know how much He loves you. He will set you free, and you can start anew. Let Him guide you, and you can't go wrong.
Thanks for this chapter.
