Well done on your contest placing. I am pleased Mother Nature is generous and does not mind sharing her bounty and beauty. Your appreciation of nature matches my own and is very well portrayed in your poem.
These lines are so apt. Your words touched my heart:
and I am moved to write new verse
to touch one's heart, emotions stir.

I love your muse. I've met her, too, but I never saw her that way. I may borrow her a time or two, if you wouldn't mind lending here and there, when you resting.
