Poor old Edgar, he's been tranquillised but seems OK, as Simon examines him and think he'll be alright. But how did they get in? With police personnel attending the place, it seems that Logan is winning McKenzie's trust but not completely, so naturally she's devastated at what's happened to Edgar, well done, Barbara, blessings, Roy

Hi Barbara, this is another great chapter but to see a strong and proud dog to be put under like that, does break my hart. I'm sure he will make it. Great chapter. I only found a minor thing:

This is exciting. Another attempt to get at Mac through her dog. It is beyond reason that this is happening with all the protection Mac is supposed to be receiving. There has got to be someone inside, and someone that she trusts. I hope she gets the dog to a vet as soon as possible. There are bound to be veterinary clinics open for emergencies. Simon was of some help, anyway. She is trusting Logan more and more. This is a great chapter. Very convincing scene. judi
