This redone nursery rhyme, Pantry Peril, is a great example of upgrading a rhyme to reflect what our house cats do nowadays that the queen is out of town.

I can tell that you had fun writing about that Perfect Cat. Such a scenario must surely have happened in your house. The Pussycat rhyming sound was well done and enjoyable to listen to. You have an enjoyable little 'story'.

I'm going to say that you accomplished your goal. I was thinking this had a nursery rhyme "feel" or sound to it upon my first read. And, in reading the author's notes, it was clearly the intent. Great pic, too!

I liked this. It shows to me that different rhythms can be used and applied. I would have never thought of doing this. An amazing piece and know too that animals like to be right in the act. LOL
