This is a very comforting poem, my friend. We all have struggles and it helps to know that we are not going through them alone. Christ sent us the Holy Spirit as our great Comforter. It's sad not to be able to attend church this Easter Sunday, but we can still feel the Lord's presence and glorify Him with our thoughts and actions every day.

This is a very nicely composed poem, Patricia. Please God to be with the world especially now in this time of crisis. And, now it's is Holy Week in which we won't be able to go to worship. We will be doing it through the TV at home. He knows.

Lovely, inspirational thoughts in this. Great use of metaphor describing Jesus as a high tower and a solid tower. A high tower would have a vantage point, being able to watch over things. You conclude with the thought that Jesus will be with you to the end. judi

Yes, He is our friend and with us 24/7. He comforts as no one else can. He suffers with us, provides protection by hiding us in the cliff of the rock, and covering us with His Hand.
