This poem tells of the seriousness of our present situation with the virus.
Hopefully the news will get better soon. So many people are dying.
The poem flows well and the short lines enhance the emotion.

Yes I am wondering how many viral divorces or separations are going to happen because couples are not used to being together 24/7 ya know.? Bound to need some alone time somehow. Nice write and great one for a contest. Fluff. Hang in there

Yes, it really appears to be the moral and social correction the world had to have and if anthing comes of this global catastrophe we are seeing I hope it brings back a bit of empathy and compassion throughout the world and a new appreciation of the importance of the family unit.

Very well written I have to say very factual very personal since we're all basically living it now in retrospect it's hard to say how great of a poem it is because in actuality it's a pretty sad poem but well explained well understood and I'm sure I got the emotion that everybody we'll get when they read it especially the line you wrote
"No one can really
prophesisee
We're still learning
everyday
All we can do is
improvise
As we run out of pay"
I'll tell you I definitely felt that line that one hits quite close to home it's pretty sad that no one is really taking it as seriously as it is especially with the amount of death daily and you hit it right on the button with this next line:
"Corona stats we can't ignore
They're only half the stories told"
Wonderful to read more sad because it's true very informational keep up the good writing.

We are close to reaching the peak here which is expected at Easter and they are hopeful it will be reached in the UK a little later and then we shall be on the downward spiral hopefully. But it could take another six months Dip, especially in America where the virus has really taken hold. The problem is that it could spike again once normal life is resumed and so the cycle continues. I certainly hope that this does not result in domestic violence and suicide though, love Dolly x

How do they predict the peak? that is hard because of thes pockets and sudden start up due to complacency.

The predict the peak by working out the percentage of cases, and when the percentage falls to 0% then that is the peak, I hope this makes sense, love Dolly x
