This poem has easy rhyme and a smooth rhythm. You are right that times like these can test one's faith and wonder why God would bring such a plague on us.

Wow fluff I really appreciate your six.
You have been a loyal supporter of my humble writes over the years Fluff and I really do appreciate it.
I am having an indefinite break from Fanstory which started a week ago to pursue other passions.
I will be only doing fleeting visits on a read only basis from now.
I just cannot commit to the fair dedication required to reciprocally review people who have been loyal to my poetry such as you included.
Sadly, several on this site see my points of view and opinions of Your current politics as intrusive and 'rude' and have been accused of being egotistical and attention seeking with my viewpoints on the forum by a precious few.
This does not sit well with me anymore and I am tiring of having to apologize to both Tom and several others if I post something that is both slightly controversial and counter bi partisan to say the least.
It's not the first time I have been judged on a viewpoint or an opinion.
Look, I wear my heart on my sleeve and I am open book to people who really know me.
I am totally understanding that we all have differing personalities and that can be reflected also in our writing styles as well.
I leave with a heavy heart as I have made many friends such as yourself.
I am still a financial member until September 2020.
I have been coming here seven years very shortly and have made many wonderful friends who share the passion of the written word.
Yes, I have had small breaks before since coming here but feel before things get nastier and I vent my opinions a bit too much on places like the forum, I feel it best I just have a indefinite break all together and have a bit of time to consider my renewing my subscription.
It certainly has been a big part of my life and as I said I have met many wonderful wordsmith and friends who share the common passion of poetry.
Sometimes my viewpoint can be misconstrued or misunderstood by a few here who want it to seen that way and I can live with that but sadly I just cannot live with the total hypocrisy of a few that stuff it here for everyone.
To be treated like an alien for simply not being American was the last straw for me.
Thanks for being a fan and friend and maybe in time when the rest of my life isn't too busy in doing open mike and live poetry reciting,I will come back. I will pop in and post but I just haven't the time or the impetus any more and a few things lately have consolidated my decision.
If this sounds like a rant I apologize and it will be only told on a personal basis to those who bother to still review my 2 cent unpromoted poems that can only be found in my archives.
I go out as quietly as I came here.

Oh Dip.......you made me cry. I always appreciated your evaluations because you are honest and upfront. I?m so sorry if others have done you wrong. I have been with fanstory for nine years and right now I am debating leaving also as I saw my number at 260 something. My ego was crushed. There are other sites I?m thinking about where I?m appreciated for the way I write. I just referred a young beginner who had a question I thought you would answer best. Oops. I love your heart. I love your aussiness. To hell with them that do those things to you. I am truly going to miss you and appreciate your explanation to me. I wish for you the kind of things that only mornings bring....a rainbow in the dewdrop on the daisy of your dreams. I read you again and it makes me want to puke at the way you have been treated. I too cannot believe the way our government is with a president who is constantly sucking on his foot and backpedaling after. Not to mention the horrid Vice President and the son in law who thinks his shit doesn?t stink. I?m so sorry that a wonderful poet and person like yourself is leaving. I don?t blame you one bit. But I am so upset and will miss you and your heart and honesty. I myself am debating on not renewing. I have been with fan story for many years and when I saw my ranking in the hundreds. Well it hurt. I am flattered to have the fans I have gotten and so wish to have my dream answered before I leave this earthly plain. The only thing in my bucket is to get my most favorite poems in book form. I have just had an offer from a male friend to pay for it. I just don?t know how. If you have time I sure would like to hear how you did it. If not I understand. If you love your wife as you write love then she is a lucky lady take care and don?t let the meanies get you down. Both seeming very healthy young adults. Do you know the statistics say that once you are on a ventilator it's a pretty dire situation and you have a 20% or less of making it.
And how do you suppose they got it. They think Mardi Gra or attending get together where one was infected.
The problem with utmost stupidity, is those who knowingly have it and go to gatherings believing this will help the immunity project. What they don't know is how that little five year old across the yard will react or even if she has an optimum working immune system.
Take care my handsome and dear friend. Make sure you and Leah stay aware.

The problem that I have with a victim mentality is that one forgets to see the truth of real soul. Because of this, their spirit is poisoned instead of nourished. My advice.
