Wow, there was a whole lot of - as you put it ...."spouting off" in this reality based and yet not musing.
I defend your right to wax elequent as you bring to light certain situations and occurances that happen in the world around you. I am not an individual that will tolerate bigotry of any kind so I am ashamed that anyone would spew the nastiness to you about the head scarves you wore.
The poop bag nastiness is truly laziness...
Many of the other spouting offs are personal preference slights and I may not agree with them all- but I do believe in free speech so your write...right to say what you believe is again- okay by me.

I don't know why you decided to put a bunch of these all together, when you could have raked in by posting these tidbits separately. I am mystified by the necessity of putting women in burkas (just going by what I see on TV, there must be quite a few of Muslim women who wear them. I don't understand the need for headgear, either. I think that Congresswoman looks ridiculous with her head all bound up like that. You could just get yourself a warm beanie, so there won't be confusion on anyone's part. I enjoyed your reference to "Keeping Up Appearances." I watched many episodes and enjoyed Hyacinth and her pretentions. I think anyone who has a fur coat should go ahead and wear it. If anyone questions them about it, they can say it's fake fur. Interesting commentary. judi

So, yes, too, there are some hyper patriots who mistake their zeal for a perverted reality; that lack common sense and decency.
