Prayer is the very best thing that we can do in the face of a tragic pandemic. Following the instructions of the authorities is also essential. The problem is made worse when selfish people put their own desires ahead of the safety of everyone else.

Nomi, and so another week begins and we remain steadfast in our hopes and prayers that these times will result in a more loving and harmonious society. May the sun shine on your back guiding you toward your loved ones this week. Be safe, sent with loving kindness, a Jim

This Fibonacci Spiral form is an interesting construction. I don't see any pattern to the syllable counts from line to line or from one stanza to the next. What am I missing? :) Nancy

The notes include the poetic syllable restrictions. By line 1/1/3/5/8/13/5/3/1/1;1/1/3/5/8/13/8/5/3/1/1

This Fibonacci Spiral, Kneel, Pray, has the proper formatting and takes the readers through the influx of emotion that measures our uncertainty, doubt, fear, and trust as it blushes in our souls and proves our faith.

Yes, JLR, faith and prayer is needed to have the strength to get through
these days. This pandemic is changing our world and the way we live
in it. Hopefully it won't take away some people's faith too.
Well done fibonocci twist for the potlatch club
Keep writing and stay healthy
Joan

This poem has an awesome arrangement of words. The Cross. I also love the photo of the bridge that seems to come out of nowhere and lead to almost nowhere--except a place of solitude and repose, as you say in your notes. The poem, itself, is awesome, pleading for God's grace, and for the virus to be crushed. I'm very worried myself, but hopefully the worst will be over. A very wonderful work. Good luck in the contest, and stay well.

Well done and surely the way we should be looking - up. We need to seek God, fall to our knees and ask for mercy - cuz that's what God can give us - and He says "turn from your wicked ways"
enjoyed your poem.

Perfection! Looks like you did all the things you needed to do to create a wonderful poem and to create the spiral perfectly. I got a nice visual and a sense of calm and great hope when reading this - something we all need very much right now. Thank you for this, I loved it!

God! What terrible times are we going through .We have pray for the safety of the entire world. This pandemic is vicious and is here to teach us all a lesson. I was comfortable thinking that our hot weather may be unsuitable for the virus we may not see much of it .No India's count of corona patients have reached almost 1000 with 25 deaths...
Interesting form and is well suited for the theme and emotion

What a glorious picture to accompany your glorious words. While I try not to figure out what God is thinking or doing - after all, He said My ways are not your ways - I can't help but wonder if He is just trying to get our attention. Only by His Grace can we be saved.

This Fibonacci Spiral Potlatch Poetry challenge of 2 stanzas: 1st stanza 13 lines, 2nd stanza 12 lines all written in 25 lines altogether without any gap is really perfectly built and well set within its counting syllables and well described throughout its narrative life/Pray/hope of nowaday viral bugged story lined content.
