I can think of different ways to look at what you've written.
Hope in beauty -- there's external beauty that some hope in, but if I look at this in context, then perhaps it's human efforts that are beautiful.
Human efforts match: this reminds me of a tennis match: humans against Corona.
Humans win by their efforts and Corona vanishes.
That's my take anyway.
