This is a superb poem. You are right. We can all look out for each other, lend a helping hand, even just talk on the phone to people who live alone and may be quarantined. I love your line about sparkle or sizzle. This is a beautiful poem with a stunning image. Thanks for sharing it!

Diana, I thank you! One of our daughters is on the front line in healthcare in Seattle, we pray for her and her colleagues during these tumultuous times. It is she and her colleagues near and around the world that are the real winners!

There are so many halos out there that it is becoming difficult to see for the sparkle and the dazzle. What a wonderful sentiment and tribute you have rendered here. God Bless your intentions and foresight. Well done with the engaging picture and superfluous words.

Raffaelina, My whole life I have been able to see the aura around so very many people that have come and gone on my life's journey. It is chilling at times to witness the light of God in so many.

Beautiful!!! All of the first responders, nurses, doctors, all hospital employees from dr. nurses, food preparation, cleaning and even the greeters etc. I just got out if the hospital yesterday with asthma and a fever, Thank God, not the virus! But the nurses were doing their business despite knowing they could come in contact and be ill too. I've been a nurse for over 40 years and I've been there and done that. But the hospital breed, we've always had a certain way to deal with stress. we laugh! We find something funny when it isn/t. So while I as there they included me in their stress mode. We joked. I gave myself my own shots and giggled ourselves silly! I think I saw an awful lot of halos.

Patty, WOW, we share some pretty amazing commonalities, I was an Army nurse for ten years. I am very pleased to hear that you did not fall victim to the virus especially with an asthmatic condition.
