In times of stress we can easily forget to show common courtesy and become extremely selfish. If we had faith that God will ultimately look out for us, we would be more apt to share and look out for one another. Keeping peace requires effort - but that is the hallmark of being created in God's image.

This is a soothing entry with a lovely picture representing the poem's title. I like everything about it. Especially at this time worldwide, peace is something greatly needed and difficult for some to attain. Staying focused on the presence of God in one's life helps tremendously. This is a beautiful poem about peace. I don't think people in this world think about it enough. As you say, focus on God's love. If we do that, we can rely on his promises.We need to trust and believe and know that he is there for us as promised. Lovely poem, absolutely gorgeous image to complement your poem.
