I was laughing from the beginning. I been there too with a houseful of boys , and man, are they characters. They can eat you out of house and home too, those bottomless pits. They are comical creatures and entertain one another.

That voice is a skill that moms like to employ as necessary, right, Rebecca? ;) lol! :) I've just got two of my boys home although some of my school parents have some INTERESTING situations happening! ;) ;) I just had to just pass along some smiles along via the pen!! ;) You take care of you out there -- get out and enjoy some fresh air!! ;) Yvette

This is really excellent. It has a good story-line and is well-written, but pushes the mind off down unexplored tracks. The boys come across badly when they all bring friends (or in one case an animal) home, despite the difficult circumstances. How will this new family structure fit into the food rationing that is bound to come soon (fiction). And is there room for the extra beds at the required one or even one and a half meter spacing (fact, at least in Europe). All this makes obeying Mom's call to dinner trivial - but of course she wins out. Everyone knows not to mess with the boss.

Okay, so I know I'm behind on these, but I'm doing what I can amidst all this craziness!! ;) ;) But it has to end soon, yeah? High School students can't afford to lose ground so we're plowing forward with YouTube and I just learned that many of the lower schools are 'encouraging enrichment activities'... ugh! How come they get off easy!! ;) Just give me a good ole fashion classroom any day!! ;) And, no, I've just got two of my boys home although some of my school parents have some INTERESTING situations happening! ;) ;) You take care and I promise we'll be laughing at this some day, right, BLOTN? Sounds like this really could have happened. The point of view seems to be limited third person omniscient. I think the ending would make it a tale worth retelling.
