What a funny story. Had this happened when my daughter was in college, this might have been my reality. My grandson was so bored lately, he asked the pizza delivery man if he wanted to spend the night. These are weird times. Glad the Furniture Outlet man got a good meal.

Oh my goodness, reminds me of a time one of the boys teachers was visiting and I had just gotten home. I yelled for everyone to come and eat...he did to after the sound of my voice. LOL Loved it, no mistakes and it is excellenty done

Hello Yvette. Funny story. As in all flash fiction stories that are successful, this one has a great resolution and last paragraph. Solving all the mysteries at the end that's what flash fiction is all about.
Sometimes it's hard for me to distinguish fiction from nonfiction. ;) ;)

Hello Yvette. Funny story. As in all flash fiction stories that are successful, this one has a great resolution and last paragraph. Solving all the mysteries at the end that's what flash fiction is all about.

That would be so nice to go back to those days, me my boys and fun and laughter all the time. But they are now grown up and sharing this time with their own kids. (I'm very happy to say) But it would be nice to able to be with them. Wow, that sure didn't match anyone's expectations. She sounds like an awesome mom, I am not sure if I would be that nice in this kind of situation. Haha, I loved the ending it's fun and so heartwarming. All in all, a wonderful entry.
