We are truly living in amazing times. It's not the virus that scares me, it's the panic I saw in many people. Many seem to have lost their faith. I, personally, refuse to bow to the fear of this situation. What a wonderfully written piece. Best of luck with your writing!

I really like what you wrote and agree with you as well, however, I'd like to see some concrete details regarding this COVID-19 nightmare that make it specific to you! I think the disbelief that this is really happening has caused the virus to spread because each individual person thinks they are invincible. I heard that an eighteen year old girl with no underlying health issues died in the UK yesterday, no one is immune to this virus, it will continue unless we obey the rules. A poignant write Violet, love Dolly x

I think the disbelief that this is really happening has caused the virus to spread because each individual person thinks they are invincible. I heard that an eighteen year old girl with no underlying health issues died in the UK yesterday, no one is immune to this virus, it will continue unless we obey the rules. I enjoyed this piece. It gave clear direction of how we could use this time to advantage. It is good to be told to reconsider things and aim for change, and many of us have decided that this is an appropriate time, provided that we can carve enough time out of our suddenly overfilled days.
We have been asked to work from home, so in theory gain the travel time to work and time chatting in the corridor, but these are only short for me. They are more than amply replaced by trying to understand what is happening to us by watching huge doses of news channels, checking in on distant loved ones every day, and I won't get into the problems of shopping expeditions.
No, there is little time to consider change. Perhaps that will come later, although past experience suggests that I am overly optimistic in this view.
