This is perfectly done, especially for these trying times. But anytime is a good time for a feel-good post. This is very well written, I can see nothing I would change or add to make it better. I like the headings on each paragraph, that speak together, in order, the message of "Where do we find joy?" Well done, and Bravo! Fortunately, I am not gripped with fear over this crisis but, rather, restless with a need to get outside and enjoy nature's beauty all around where I live in Northern California. In your author's notes, I like the hopeful way you end, with the phrase, "We live in amazing times." That is one way of looking at it that is positive. Thank you for that, and for this story.

I always wanted to get an eye tattoo'd on me. I think eyes are so amazing. They can tell a person exactly how you're feeling if the other person knows you well enough. How amazing is that. We can find joy in so many things. I've been off with a broken foot. I've started reading books, doing puzzles, etc. There is so much I just never had the time to do. It's been kind of amazing. There has only been a couple boring moments, but it's actually been quite nice.

These are all happy times, Mike. Planting seeds was my favorite. Spending time with the young is always a good way to enjoy the day. Children are such a blessing and need to learn the good things in life not the bad. Good job. Nancy:)
