I am so sorry. I pray that God will give you some extra healing and deliverance to bring you through the tough times. I know sometimes life can be so hard -- and I can relate to what you are describing in your poem. (So might my Mom, who has 2 decades on me).
Who wouldn't rather be youthful and whole, than worn out and broken? I can remember what it felt like to be carefree, in that sense, and yet, I didn't always appreciate the health and freshness I enjoyed in those times, but often worried about trivial things, or the things that trouble a younger person's mind.
Your poem expresses your feelings very well -- exhaustion, frustration, and sometimes, despair.
But don't give up. May the Lord God rejuvenate you!

my spirit is waning
life blood is draining - full of emotion, a sad sigh, because some days it's hard not to feel like this. Your poem captures this feeling well.

I like your poem about being broken. I like the rhyme and rhythm. It reads well and sounds great when reading aloud (That's how I know how well I like a poem, is by reading aloud.) The words flow easily.
