I know how you feel. For many reasons a person might feel broken, mine is ill health, and sometimes it gets to me so bad that I feel like I wish the end would come. But we have to fight through it. This is an excellent poem, thanks for sharing.

Hopefully this is not biographical. You've have some strong imagery,
like the old car and grandfather's clock,
but sometimes that old car is restored and admired as a work of art,
and the old clock is tuned up and chimes again.
An excellent poem with very good rhymes.

I can't even explain how much I can relate to this poem. Although I am young, my body is aging quite quickly and I often do feel like a broken plane glued back together. This was beautifully written, I am a fan.
