I think this is a good entry for the 5-7-5 Bye Bye Blackbird writing prompt.
This short verse tells a good story about a quote.

A very well-written 5-7-5 blackbird poem. There is a presence of a blackbird over the soul of the Republic that can be taken away if we cannot stop the blackbird taking over it away.

Wow... very thought-provoking offering for the contest. This is supposed to be a blind contest, though, and you've signed your name in the author notes....??? Did you mean for there to be an apostrophe after Republic? Just seems a bit out of place.... Thanx for sharing and best of luck! ;)
