This is SO precious. I love the image of your kitties. You've described the cute game playing of these two who seem bonded. You're right that cats are such fun. Your writing is clear and interesting. Great job. Marilyn

Awwwwwwww! What a charming story, Yvonne, and Dilly is a beautiful addition to your feline family. I wish I still lived in the country sometimes, in the big house I left. Long ago I would have adopted at least one more cat so Prissy had a playmate... *sigh*

Hi Yvonne,This is a great little story about the two cats. At first, I thought the were playing hide and seek, but as I read on I admit it doesn't appear so. If you figure it out, please let us know. All best. Ulla:)))

How many cats do you have, Yvonne? Are those two in the picture the ones in your story? It's such a fun one, too. My two would play for hours with a tap washer, pushing it around the smooth wood floors. One would do this while the other watched. And like your two under the otteman, mine would then swap places, they never tried to take the little rubber washer off the one who's turn it was to play. I think it's the special bond our cats have with each other. I really enjoyed your story, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

Yes, they are the ones in the picture. You should write your experiences in the Animal Crackers Club. I'd love to hear more.

A very well-written animal behaviour story for the animal crackers club. It is awesome to watch the pets playing with each other even when they are different species.

I love the photo you choose to go with your poem, they are a perfect match. You captured my attention from the start.
Yes pets not only keep you company if you live alone, but bring you more laughter and joy then some of those TV. Shows
Thank you for sharing.

This is a very well-written descriptive-style writing. You have used vivid, specific details to describe the cats and then their game, which apparently only they understand. I love watching the squirrels playing chase in my trees.

Hello Yvonne. I believe cats actually live in their own reality they don't care what people think, they just do what they want. It seems to me while one is under the Ottoman the other one is pulling guard duty.

Who knows what mischief lurks in the minds of cats? It's wonderful that your twosome get along so well. That's an adorable picture. My cats don't seem to spend a lot of time together, although they lie close together when they're looking for a sunny spot when the sun shines in the window. I'm sure the ottoman game has some meaning for the cats, even though you can't figure it out. Delightful story. I enjoy the topic you choose for the Animal Crackers Club assignments. judi
