Wonderful message to forgive and not hold grudges. You are so right that trying to avenge oneself only ends in more pain. Loved how you expressed it in these lines:

This topic rings true for what I've been working on while reading Eckhart Tolle. He says our mind chatters about the past where we wallow in our hurt feeling and the future about what we are going to do about it. The spiritual place for us to be is in the moment. That is where and when we can hear the voice of God. This is a strong cautionary tale for the reader if they do not heed your words.
